All figures on this page are estimates. NYC does not publish capital budget data broken down by council district — the official Capital Projects Database (CPDB) covers the whole city without a district filter. To show D40-specific numbers, we reconstructed figures using three sources: (1) NYC capital commitment plan trends published by the Office of Management and Budget, (2) Community Board 17's annual budget priorities statements, and (3) publicly available NYC Council budget documents. Individual project titles, amounts, and statuses are illustrative — they represent the types and scale of investment typical for this area, not specific line items from the adopted budget. Treat these numbers as directional, not definitive.
